- 1 Litre Water
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli flakes
- 🌺TADKA
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- leaves Some Curry
- Some Red button chillies
- Some Garlic chips
- 🌺MAKING BONELESS BEEF CURRY
- 500 gms Boneless Beef
- 4 big sized Tomatoes
- 2 medium sized Onions
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Crushed green chillies
- To taste salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp zeera powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chillies powder
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Whole garam masala. Make a potli (bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamon, 2 to 3 cloves, some black pepper corns, cumin seeds)
- 4-5 tbsp Oil

- Take a big pan fill it with water and make it boil add salt and oil. As the water starts boiling add spaghetti break it into two pieces Boil it for 5 to 7 minutes and now drain and add tap water cool them properly and strain. Put some oil and keep aside

- Wash and cut beef into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan add beef and ginger garlic paste fry a little and add bleded mixture of tomatoes and onions
- .Add all the masalas and cook
- Make a potli of garam masala
- Emerse and cook until the water dries in the gravy becomes thick. Take out the potli and squeeze a lemon in the gravy and add some green chillies
- Assemble the dish by putting the spaghetti first (note that it should be throughly strained), then meat and then pour curry. Now garnish it with finger chips papdi etc
- U can use leftover ghar ki or tandoor ki roti by cutting it into small pieces and freezing it and frying at the time of u making the garnishing
