  1. In a pan take oil fry onion till colour change
  2. Then add tomatoes and fry well
  3. Mix all spices and add beef..then cover and cook till beef tender.and oil separate
  4. For curry:
  5. Blend yoghurt,besan and coconut with green chillies if you want
  6. Now cook this mixture till it gets thick..
  7. Now turn off the flame and add salt according to your taste
  8. Boil spaghetti
  9. Now assemble the khaonsa..
  10. First layer of boiled spaghetti.then add curry.then put beef salan..and garnish with fried onion dhanya podina chat masala,lemon,spring onion,chips r papri and anything you like..more you add more it will b delicious
