- Firstly, boil the rice
- Marinade the chicken with beaten egg,ginger and garlic paste,salt and pepper,chilli sauce and soy sauce.Let it rest for 45-50 mins.
- Boil the spaghetti,rinse with cold water. In a separate pot,heat oil and fry the veggies on high flame,add in the soy sauce,mix and set it aside.Mix with the spaghetti.
- In another pot,heat oil add in chopped garlic and saute the chicken,add in the ketchup and chilli garlic sauce,give it a good mix, add in the water and simmer on low flame for 2-3 mins.
- Assemble by putting the first layer of rice, spaghetti,and chicken curry,garnish with chilli flakes,chilli powder and roasted cumin.
